An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/16/2025. The on-site inspection began at 9:20 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 103 children present and 21 staff. The inspector reviewed 10 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, interviews, and observations.
