Inspector Notes
An unannounced complaint inspection was initiated on September 20, 2023 jointly with local public agency and concluded on October 31, 2023 regarding allegations of staffing and supervision. Licensing Inspector reviewed standards in the areas of physical plant, facility recordkeeping, injury report documentation and supervision of children. Based on observation, review and interviews, there is not a preponderance of evidence to support the allegation therefore the complaint is deemed not valid. No violations were found.
