Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 6, 2023 from approximately 1:15 pm to 2:40 pm. Two staff were present with eleven preschool age children. Children were observed napping and eating a afternoon snack. Five child and five staff records were reviewed. Violations were found and are noted on the violation notice.
