Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 8/08/2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:42am and ended at 10:10am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (2) children present and (2) caregivers; the point total was (3). The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records and (11) caregiver/households records on-site on 8/08/2024. This inspection included document review, procedures and emergency drill logs, ? tour of the home and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed and document in writing each review and update to the emergency plan.
