Inspector Notes
A monitoring code compliance inspection was conducted from 10:55 until 12:30. There were 13 children present with 2 staff supervising, the director was also present. Children were observed watching a movie, and eating lunch. The health inspector was also present completing an inspection.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff records were reviewed. The portal and background checks were discussed and training resources will be sent to provider.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Thank you for your cooperation.
