Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site inspection was initiated and completed on 07/11/2025. The on-site inspection began at 11:00 and ended at 12:30. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 20 children and 5 staff present. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 4 staff records. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observation.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with the applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
