Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:00pm. There were 5 children (13 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection. Based on record review, the provider did not obtain for each caregiver and adult household member a current Report of Tuberculosis Screening.

Evidence:
The tuberculosis screening of household member A was last conducted 11/20/2020.

Based on observation, small electrical appliances were not unplugged.

Evidence:
A coffee machine and a toaster oven were not unplugged and not in use during child care hours.
