Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:00pm-2:00pm. There were 5 children (13 points) in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 caregivers records were reviewed. The children were observed napping. Zero new staff have been hired since the last inspection.
