Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from approximately 11am-12pm. There were 8 children in the direct care and supervision of 2 caregivers. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 2 caregiver's records were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating and playing with the caregivers. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider.
