Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from approximately 1:30pm-2:30pm. There were 7 children in the direct care and supervision of 1 caregiver. A sample of 3 children?s records, and 1 caregiver's record were reviewed. The children were observed napping, eating and playing outside. Zero new caregivers have been hired since the last inspection. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. The exit interview was conducted with the provider. Violations
8Evidence:
The bathroom located in the main child care area was missing paper towels.
Evidence:
Upon arrival Child A was seen playing outside while Caregiver A was inside the house near the kitchen area.
Evidence:
There was one caregiver present with 7 children and 17 points.
Evidence:
1) The record of Child A was missing verification of identification within 7 days.
2) The record of Child B was missing verification of identification within 7 days.
3) The record of Child C was missing verification of identification within 7 days.
Evidence:
Caregiver A served Child A fruit without washing their hands.
Evidence:
The prescription medication on site was not kept in the original container. The container was not given to the provider.
Evidence:
Caregiver A stated that she has administered prescription medication and did not keep a record of the administration.

The emergency plan on file was last update 04/2020.
