Inspector Notes
An unannounced Monitoring inspection was conducted today. A total of 6 children (14points) with 3 staff were onsite today. The children had finished lunch and was free playing in the main programing space. Staff were observed interacting with the children, changing diapers and transitioning them to nap time. The children bring food from home for meals and snacks. Food was properly stored in individual bins labeled with the child's name. Observation of the nap room which had cribs and toddler beds used for napping. Light blankets were observed in the cribs. Some children were changed into sleep sacks prior to going to sleep. No medication needs at this time, some topical ointments onsite. Only 1 new child enrolled since the last inspection. The previous violations were reviewed and corrective actions were verified. Please print the background check received from the Office of Background Investigations. A total of 1 child file, 1 household file and 2 staff files were reviewed. All remaining child files have been reviewed during previous inspections and remain current. This inspection occurred between 10:30am and 12:30pm. Thank you for your cooperation today. Violations
2Evidence:
1. Staff #2 was observed diapering a child.
2. Staff #2 began diapering another child before properly cleaning the diaper surface with soap and water, and then sanitizing with bleach and water.
Evidence:
The topical ointment for Child #1 had expired in October 2023.
