Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on January 9, 2025 and completed on January 23, 2025, in a response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 7, 2025 relating to allegations of the care of children. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the compliant is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
