An unannounced inspection was initiated and completed on 3/19/25, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 3/12/25 relating to allegations of Code violations. The inspector reviewed four children?s records and eight staff records on-site. This inspection included:
document review, tour of the facility, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
