An unannounced modification inspection was conducted with the provider on 6/13/24 based on a request by the provider to increase the licensed capacity of the program. Zoning documentation was reviewed and the physical plant and required supplies were observed. A recommendation to increase the capacity from 9 to 12 will be recommended.
