Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 04/24/2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 13 children (infants-5yrs.) directly supervised by 2 staff. Children were observed participating in group play, reading books, and eating snack.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements and are identified on the violation notice.

Based on record review and interview, the vendor did not maintain a written hard copy of daily attendance that documents arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.

There were 13 children in attendance when inspector arrived into home at 11:00 am.
