Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 10/29/2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 10:10 amand ended at 11:05 am The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 11 children present and 3 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 4 caregiver/household member(s) records onsite
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Area in home was not maintained in safe and operable condition.

The child gate at the base of the stairs had become dislodged from the wall and could no longer be secured to block access to stairs by children.
Plan of Correction: My husband saw this morning and was ready to fix during the inspection.

Bottles were not labeled with child's full name and date.

There were 2 bottles in the refrigerator that did not have children's name and date.
Plan of Correction: We fixed during the inspection.
