Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including an in-person component, telephone contacts, documents review, interviews.

A renewal inspection was initiated on and concluded on 3/31/22. The director was contacted by telephone. The in-person component was conducted on 3/31/22. There were seven children present, ranging in ages from 10 months to five years, with one staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and five staff/household member records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no non-compliance with applicable standards. No violation notice was issued to the program.
