A monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/25/22 and concluded on 10/25/22. There were 3 children present with 1 provider supervising. The point total was 5. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 5 staff/family records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:15am and concluded at 10:30am.
