A renewal inspection was initiated on 4/3/24 and concluded on 4/3/24. There were 7 children present with the provider and assistant. The point total was 17. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records, 1 provider record, 1 assistant record, and 3 family member records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:00am and concluded at 10:10am.
