An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 08/20/2024 and completed on 08/29/2024 as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction. The on-site inspection began at 10:20 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 7 children present and 3 caregivers.
