Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 7:15 am - 9:00am. There were 5 children (14 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed hand washing and morning free play. The physical plant, fire drill logs, menu's, emergency supplies, cribs, bottles, children's records, caregiver records and household member records were reviewed.
