Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted February 6 2024 between 10:10am and 11:10am. There were 7 children (19 points) in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Children were observed washing hands, being read to, building, singing, and being fed. The attendance, menu, child records, provider records, emergency drills, and the home was inspected and reviewed. A citation was is listed on the violation notice. Based on record review, the family day home did not obtain documentation of additional immunizations every 6 months for a child under the age of 2 years.

Evidence: Child #3 record did not contain additional immunization records. The child is under 2 years old and the last documented immunization record September 12 2022.
