Inspector Notes

An investigation was initiated in response to a complaint received by the department on 12/3/21 regarding allegations in the areas of physical plant, playground procedures, field trip procedures and supervision. An unannounced on-site inspection was conducted on 4/4/22 and a tour of the facility and interviews with staff were conducted. The investigation was concluded on 4/5/22. Based on the information gathered during the investigation, there is not enough evidence to support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. No violations were issued.
