Inspector Notes

An unannounced subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection with the provider beginning at 9:30 AM and ending at 11:10 AM. There were four children, ages 2, 3, 4, and 5 years old, in the care of the provider for a total of 7 points. The children were observed playing games and with toys. Three children's records were reviewed. Three household records were reviewed and in compliance. The emergency drill log was reviewed and in compliance. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance.
