There were 2 children ages 2 years old to age 4 years old (4 points) with the Provider. The programming area, menus, Provider and Household member records, 2 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There were no children?s medications onsite. Children were observed napping and playing with blocks. The Provider had current certification in CPR and First Aid.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
