Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 8, 2023, from 1:10pm to 3:20pm with the provider. There were three children, ages 13 mo., 3 and 3 years old, were in the care of one caregiver for a total of 8 points. The children were observed playing with age-appropriate toys, painting, and playing with Play-Doh. Three children?s records were reviewed. The provider and two household member?s records were reviewed and in compliance. There were no medications on site to be reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed.
