Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:45 pm to 3:40 pm. The provider was present with three preschoolers between the ages of 19 month to 2 years for a total of 7 points.
Two of the three children were napping at the beginning of the inspection. Three children and two household member's files were reviewed today. One child had emergency medications on site as well as an allergy care plan. The provider had Medication Administration Training on 2/20/21 to 2/20/24. First Aid and CPR were through American Safety Health Institute and is due to expire on 12/10/24. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
