An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 06/12/2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 05/22/2024 in the areas of forbidden action. The licensing inspector interviewed 3 staff members. The inspector arrived at 1:45 pm and departed at 2:15 pm.
