This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 01/21/2022. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were no children in care and one caregiver present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, care of children, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records, 1 caregiver record, 1 household member record and 2 pet records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
