Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 7/24/2025 and completed on 7/24/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:40PM and ended at 2:00PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 8 children, 1 caregiver present; the point total was 9. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 1 caregiver record and 1 household member record on-site on 7/24/2025. This inspection included - document review, tour of the home and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Documentation shall be maintained of emergency evacuation drills. The emergency evacuation drills for January 2025 and February 2025 were not documented.
