An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on October 30, 2023 from approximately 3:15 pm to 4:45 pm. Four staff were present with two school age children at the onset of inspection. Additional children and staff arrived during inspection. Five child and four staff records were reviewed. Violations were found and are noted on the violation notice.
