Inspector Notes
Today an unannounced Renewal Inspection took place between the hours of 9:15 am and 10:35 am. There were 12 children with 2 caregivers within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed playing with trucks, leggos, and various other age appropriate toys. A complete inspection of the physical plant, first aid kit, children and caregiver records, fire drill log, outdoor space, required posted documents and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. No medications were on sight. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice.
