Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programing, evacuation drill logs, menu, first aid supplies, attendance, child and caregiver records, and emergency procedures. Violations
3Evidence: The record for caregiver #2 did not have documentation of an updated central registry check (expired on 1/5/2023). This is a repeat violation.
Provider emailed the agency during the inspection and they replied that the request failed at intake because the applicant (caregiver #2) did not have martial status on the request form. Provider sent the information to the agency during the inspection.
Evidence:
1. The battery-operated weather band radio would not operate even when new batteries were installed.
Evidence: The 911 or local dial number for the police, fire, and emergency medical responders was not posted near the telephone.
