Inspector Notes
An unannounced on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on August 13, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 8:15am and ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children's records and 3 caregivers' records on-site. The inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews, and observations. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
