Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety (SHSI) monitoring inspection was initiated and conducted on August 13, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 8:15am and ended at 9:30am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed five (5) children's records, and three (3) caregivers' records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, interviews and observations. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
