At the time of the inspection, there were cords for a telephone and mounted camera within reach of Child #1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, who are all under five years of age.

Poisonous cleaning chemicals were observed in an unsecured cabinet under the kitchen sink, accessible to children.

Four cosmetic products, lotion, cologne, hand sanitizer (label states to keep out of reach of children), and a shower cleaner were observed in two bathrooms, accessible to children. Caregiver #2 confirmed that both bathrooms are used by the children.
Plan of Correction: Poisonous materials, cleaning supplies, cosmetic products, and such all removed and kept out of reach from children. Child locks added to all relevant drawers and cabinets.
