Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 08/18/2022 from 10:50 am - 11:55 am. At the time of entrance there were eight children in care with two caregivers. The ages of the children in care counted for a total of 18 points. Children were observed during outdoor play, quite play before lunch and during lunch. Handwashing/diapering/toileting was additionally observed. Records were reviewed for three children in care and two caregivers.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
