Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 4/4/2023 from 8:46 am-10:00 am. There were 9 children (26 points) directly supervised by 4 caregivers. The home, 4 caregiver records, 5 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed participating in circle time and eating breakfast. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
