An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on September 19, 2024, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:30pm and ended at 2:00pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present (26 points) and 4 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 4 caregiver records, and household member records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
