An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on October 17, 2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 8:30 a.m. and ended at 9:30 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 6 children present and 4 caregivers; the point total was 21. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 5 caregiver/household member(s) records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the home, and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
