Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today at 9:25am. There were 7 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 4 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and napping. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
