During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was conducted in conjunction with the licensing inspection. Subsidy standards that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this SHSI. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The vendor shall maintain a written hard copy of daily attendance for the arrival and departure of each child as it occurs.

The vendor was completing the record of daily attendance at the time of inspection. The information was not filled out at the arrival or departure of each child as it occurred.
Plan of Correction: I will take the attendance at the arrival and departure of each child.

Caregivers are required to attend the department's annual health and safety update course.

There was no documentation that Staff B attended the annual health and safety update course.
Plan of Correction: I will make sure the course is completed.
