Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on Thursday, May 30, 2024, related to enforcement watch. Two inspectors were on site from 3:15pm to approximately 4:00pm to verify compliance with the requirements of ? 22.1-289.031 and ? 22.1-289.035 of the Code of Virginia. Observations were made at the center, interviews were conducted, and documentation was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
