Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on July 31, 2024 and completed on July 31, 2024, to follow up on previously cited violations and to ensure compliance with all components of the Compliance Plan. The on-site inspection began at 12:40pm and ended at 2:20pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 34 children present and seven staff. The inspector reviewed five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
