An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on October 16, 2024, and completed on October 16, 2024, to follow up on previously cited violations and to ensure compliance with all components of the Compliance Plan. The on-site inspection began at 9:20am and ended at 9:50am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 28 children present and seven staff. The inspector reviewed three staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
