Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 06/24/25 and completed on 06/24/25 to follow up on previously cited violations and to ensure compliance with all components of the Compliance Plan. The on-site inspection began at 2:45pm and ended at 3:45pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 39 children present and 10 staff. The inspector reviewed five staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
