The vendor is required to maintain a written hard copy record of daily attendance that documents the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
The vendor's attendance sheet on the date of the inspection was missing 3 out of 12 children's names who had arrived for the day. The previous week's attendance sheets showed that children have not been consistently written on the attendance sheet and there is no indication of the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurs.
