Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and virtual tour of the program.

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted beginning at 11:45 a.m. by video call. There was one child in care, age four months for a total of four points. The infant was observed in their crib and being held by the provider. Child care areas and supplies were observed. One provider record and one child record were reviewed and complete. Emergency drills were up to date and complete

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
