Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 6/26/23 from 9:40 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. There were three children, ages 23 months to 5 years for a total of nine points, with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider, Assistant and Household member records, three children?s records, emergency drills, injury reports, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. No medication was on site. Children were observed eating breakfast and free play. There was an adequate number of staff present with CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
