Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 6/26/23 from 9:40 a.m. ? 10:40 a.m. in conjunction with a renewal inspection (see inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One staff record was reviewed for documentation of the mandatory Virginia Preservice and Health & Safety Update training, as well as current certification in First Aid and CPR.
