Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site focused inspection was initiated on 01/28/2025 and completed on 02/03/2025 as a part of the provisional licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 11:10 AM and ended at 12:40 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were148 children present and 29 staff. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and interviews.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
